Your Role
As a Communications Specialist at Domino's, you will be a vital part of our communications team, responsible for executing strategic communication plans aimed at showcasing our brand and engaging with our internal and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Writing, editing, and producing high-quality content for various media, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website updates.
- Managing our social media presence and executing social media campaigns to boost brand engagement and customer interaction.
- Engaging with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand across all platforms.
- Conducting Market Research and monitoring industry trends to adjust our strategies accordingly.
- Analyze communication campaigns and assess their effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Assisting with event planning and promotions that reinforce the company’s visibility and community engagement.
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to streamline communication efforts.
Qualifications
To be considered for this communications job, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using digital communication platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in content creation and editing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools is considered a plus.
